Looking for 964 turbo 3.3

I got only one offered through the rennlist, a 91 with 68,000 miles for USD 45,000. Do you think this is realistic? How much does a 3.6 cost in good condition. I am not looking for a pristine car as I can do most of the work myself and with 2 small kids (oh well, you guys with kids know ).

With that mileage, I think the price is a little high for a '91 MY. What about the rest of the condition of the car? Is it all stock...?
I always have good luck with <a href="http://www.autotrader.com." target="_blank">www.autotrader.com.</a> I find a lot of cars my just search for '91 to '94 911s and any distance from my zip code. You will find at least 5, 6 cars on offer at any one time. You might have to consider a car at long distance. Always remember to do the Pre Purchase Inspection.
