About to buy a car that had an engine rebuild done by them and I'm trying to see if they are/were a reputable shop. Rebuild was done in 07.

I have the paperwork. Apparently someone blew the engine back in 2007 on a dyno. Seems like a pretty extensive rebuild on paper. Car has done about 6 thousand miles since. PPI says the car runs very strong. I'm wondering if I should do a leak down anyway.

So what does he paperwork say about the rebuild? Valve job, gaskets, just a top end - new pistons/cylinders? If you have already bought it at least it gives you a starting point. jim

Jim,
I was finally able to get in touch with the previous owner and the shop that did the work. Poor guy has been pretty sick and unable to return calls. Car is solid! Now, let's talk about speedlines
