IMO, yellow is a bad a$$ color and if I were going to the trouble of a re-paint, I'd be inclined to keep it.
Paul,

I do not agree. My car is ALL original paint and it looked terrible when I got it but one weekend with my trusty buffer and it looked great. Now metallic is a whole different story and you are going to be mostly correct for that type of paint but single stage paint is very easy to work with. My favorite paint because of this...but(there always is one) if it has been color sanded in its life be very careful. There just isn't enough paint there to put sandpaper on AND you do not need to do this to bring the paint back anyway.

Dino, sorry for you experience with this POS car and Seller. Better luck in the future and always demand an extensive PPI with pics!!! In this day with the internet it is so easy.

Hey guys, there´s an update on the metallic black Turbo for 89K$. We had a friend inspecting the car for us and it looks good that we take it.

That is a beautiful looking car. One of the best I have seen for sale as far as color combo, etc.

If I was looking for a 3.6 and I was willing to pay that much, I would buy the car without even inspecting the car. That turbo just looks stunning.

I think you always must inspect because even the cleanest looking car can end up with a story. That car is likely one of the nicest I have ever seen though, so I think it is worth a lot. Of course, that makes it almost too expensive to drive.

Steve, different strokes, I guess.
Done the "show car" paint thing and I'd cry every time there was a new imperfection and didn't want to put miles on the car either. Don't get me wrong, my Turbo has a beautiful second paint job but I can drive it without agonizing about the mileage (still worry about the paint, though, but since it's not original....)
