Haven't got it through our process yet. The car should get through detail today...SO, we should have pictures up tonight.

FYI if anyone is interested I will get by to see the car in the next week or so and can give a report. But Hans cars are always nice which will make this easy.

I wonder if this is the 'paint to sample' Audi Titanium Gray car that I remember was ordered locally in '93. It looks like it may be. If so that color in person is like nothing you have seen. Just stunning. In the photo it looks different then Slate Gray, can't wait to find out.

Not quite true - it needs a straight smile!

Ah...True. Mechanically strong. I'm sure any cosmetic issues can be discussed before the sale.

Interesting car...if the car was less sombre looking I might have been interested, dark exterior color over black..does flow well though. RAC should post results of a leakdown and compression to increase buyer confidence.

Only takes half an hr to fix the 'smile' or 'frown' in this case!!
Dont like the 996 steering wheel, or the silver dial surrounds, but I guess that can easily be fixed. I would want sports seats too.

Love the colour though

Slate Gray is a color that needs to be polished and waxed until it looks deep and shimmers. The car pictured doesn't have that deep, rich tone. Otherwise it indeed does look dull. Other accents that help it are stock orange indicator lenses, red calipers and bright wheels.
