35-40k seems what the market is to sell.

Real nice ones (paint 9 of 10, good leakdown) may actually be closer to $50k but very hard to find.

has engine had rebuild or seal refresh?

Somewhere around £29k is far is its merchanically sound and no work needs doing. Dont think the GT spoiler is going to help it sell unfortunately.

I think £29k sounds about right.

I bought mine for £27k three years ago in good, but not brilliant condition. Assuming it's a good straight, UK, rhd car, then £24k-£29k seems the right range... down to low 20's for rough examples and lhd imports.

They seem to have held their value surprisingly well over the last few years. I can't see them dropping much more.

Most of the Porsche Monthly's have said that now is the time to stash a 3.3 turbo away in the garage as they are now a very rare car and are expected to go up in value as they reach 20 years old.

It looks to me as if the slowly rising values of the 3.6 are puling the 3.3's along with them. I personnaly couldn't justify paying about twice the money for a 3.6 so settled for a nice clean lowish miles 3.3. I was offered £4000.00 over what I paid for it within a month of owning it but politely declined as it had taken me around 12 months of searching!

I still can't understand why most of the 3.6 turbos came without sports seats?? Why order a high performance sports car and end up hanging on for dear life as your *** slides around on the leather in each corner?

After having a 944 turbo with sports seats, it was a must for my 3.3. I still think they are about the best seats I have ever sat in.

One thing is for sure, these cars will not depreciate, can't say the same for all those fancy gits in there shiney new 997's

Well, you only get 4 way electrical control with the sports seats and no heating. If you for instance wanted 8- or 12 way electrical control with heating you had to order the car with Comfort Seats.

I was about to start a new thread, another 'What is it worth'. But since we have so many already I thought I would put my question in here. I need to know an estimated value of my car, NOT because I need to sell - will probably keep this one forever.
Anyway it is a '92 3.3 ROW 100 % original (no mods!), Midnight Blue with Cobalt blue interior, had a complete repaint 3 years ago because of stone chips. Mileage: 20.900 km (13.000 miles). I have all the original papers on it - service bills etc. Car was ordered with heated seats and sunroof.
What would an estimated value be ?

But why would you be bothered about electrical adjustment and heated seats in a high performance sports car?? In a Bently maybe?? Surley whoever bought these cars new with electricly heated arm chairs should have bought a 928 instead??

I guess it is an image thing. Well, when I think of the 964 Turbo I always imagine an attorney or fancy doctor driving the car, and according to that image I think it should be luxurious fitted but still kept on a minimum.
