Rebadged my debadged turbo. Lots of measuring and remeasuring. Don't recall where I found this link, but it proved to be very helpful.

I determined from looking at various press introduction pictures of the script position that if you passed a line through the center of the script, that line would be approximately at the mid way point between the bottom of the deck lid and the tailbase.
The cited document appears to confirm this.

I actually have new a turbo emblem from a 964T, if anybody needs one.

what is the ruling on the color of the 964 Turbo emblems. Never thought to ask until now.

Mine is a Black emblem on a Guards Red car.

I've seen silver,.. and I think even a chrome one maybe?

anyway, did Porsche have a logical scheme for badge color depending on the body color?

just interested in some history (& subscribing to this thread :-)

The 3.3's are matt black. The 3.6 is chrome.
I've done matt black, gloss black and chrome. Gloss black is my favorite.
