With a little effort the motor can be disassembled. Lube the bearings with anti-seize and reassemble.
On my noisy one the fit between the outer bearing and the shaft was a little tight. I was able to work the shaft down with some production cloth until it spun freely, but not sloppy. Lubed it, reassembled and tested it. Blew like a hurricane.
Here's hoping that it will be good for another 20 years
