RUF RCT

That's Dr. Joe's old car. You may have seen his latest Ruf treat, a full blow (kompressor) Cayman. Blue....it was in Excellence in the last year.
That 964 has changed hands a few times in the last couple of years. It'd be a solid performer for sure. Like I said on another forum, if it didn't have that gray interior, I would have bought it about 5 years ago...would have saved me a boat load of $$ if I had.....but where's the fun in that?...right....

haha yeah right. I bet they'd take $45k cash without hesitation. Great car but not the most desirable color combo, plus it's a narrow body, plus it's a conversion (not an original RUF VIN car). It would be a nice car at $45k, which is probably its true market value right now.

I am convinced it is Amazon yet they say custom paint. looks exactly like mine.
Nice car must be fun but it has high miles to be a collector car and for that much $$ you can build one hell of a 964 with a fresh engine. I also find the light gray does not work well with the amazon exterior.

The whole point of the RCT was that it was a narrow body to reduce drag, much like the yellow bird before it. If the RUF was a wide body, it would actually defeat the purpose of the RCT in its entirety unfortunately.
People who want a wide body turbo buy a 3.4 or 3.6 Porsche, those that want the narrow body opt for the RCT or the RCT conversion.
