Default 92 Turbo for sale

I have decided to sell my 91 Turbo. ( Sorry I forgot it was a 91 not 92 )

91 Turbo 26K miles
Red over black
Completely stock except for Ruff wheels ( I have a set of Stock wheels )
Rear Wiper, Limited Slip, Rear leather seats, stock, becker CD/ radio.
Car brought to Oregon via RPM in late 2001. ( Ray at RPM is the 964 Turbo King)
Fresh service, Valve adjust, clutch etc...
Car runs, looks drives like a new car.
Have books and records.

$48K takes her.

New clutch?...May I ask why since the car only has 26k miles on the clock?

Looks like it must have needed one. The owner decided to do a new clutch during the 30K service. Total bill was $4,900 A year ago, 24k miles.

The car is as new.

Wow, that was a quick sale! Was your car just that nice (it sure looks it) or is the market really as strong as I keep hearing? (Bruce Anderson certainly printed a nice set of numbers this time around in Excellence for whatever that is worth.)

Can any of you suggest what a very nice '91 Turbo with 50,000 miles would be worth these days? I'm not sure I want to sell it but with a second kid on the way I just might need to take advantage of the strong demand. My car GP white over black and bone stock except for new H&R springs and Bilstein sports.
