964 Turbo S Lightweight

Imagine I got "a little" excited when I saw the car at the ring. I have dreamt of this car ever since I read the article about the amethyst Turbo S I posted earlier in this thread. (and that's 16 years ago!) Yellow is not my favourite colour, but when it comes to a Turbo S, any colour would do I wish I could afford one, €190k isn't that expensive here in Norway where a new Cayenne Turbo is around €300.000,-, but it's still way out of my league. I'm a few days away from getting my silver '92 928 GTS, it will have to do for now
But nothing beats this one.... I can't express how beatiful this car looks! I have asked Carlos for some high-res pictures, this one is more beatiful than any Turbo S picture I have ever seen before. Absolutely love it!

More Photos
TX guys. Christian, I am on the road and will send you hi-res when I get back. I have also posted some additional thumbnails that I have in my notebook - let me know if there are other pix you want.
I still owe the board some photos, particularly the trunk of the car. I have been tied up, will take those and post as soon as I can.

Although when it comes to ultimate performance these cars set a standard that may only be surpassed by the new GT2 in raw performance but the style was pure perfection. The S ducts and solid tail really brought the car to an entirely new level, true works of art.
It is a shame we couldn't get these in the US. The closest we come is the 94 turbo S package car.

@ Carlos: I got your pm, so no worries, I'm waiting patiently If the image is big enough I might make a poster out of it and hang it over my bed (not sure what my girlfriend says though....)
@ Anthony: It's an auto. Only 67.000 kms/42.000 mls. Arrives in Norway Thursday or Friday, have only seen pictures so far, so I am a bit excited. Hope it's as good as I've been promised! My first 928 (S4) was sold on the 1st of March last year, had a '87 3,2 Carrera Coupe for almost a year now before switching back to the world of V8.
@ Edward: I'm tempted to call it a 964 RS with Turbo, someone might arrest me on this one. The specs are available earlier in this thread. 80 cars built, 380 hp, light materials (doors, glass, bonnet, spoiler...) If you ask me, I'd say the Turbo S is the most beautiful 964 ever, second place 964 3.8 RS. Hope it's ok to post a couple of pictures of my dream car no 2
