Anthony, I'm 100% with you. I looked at the new issue with the Turbo prices and I was dismayed. Bruce Anderson needs to do a lot more research if he wants his writings to have credibility.

Bruce Anderson hasn't upgraded or edited his drivel about the Turbo's in a generation! He has forever said that the 1991 (and of course the 1992) Turbo was "Saddled with an upgraded 3.3 liter engine generating 315 horsepower".
"Saddled" at 315 Horsepower and enough torque to pin your ears back!!!
He never mentions the significantly improved suspension and handling.
One gets the feeling that he wanted one of them in 1991 and couldn't afford it and has rationized this over the years by claiming it wasn't that good anyway.

I don't understand how someone that works for a mag about Porsches could be so out of touch.

Let Anderson go out and try to buy a '94 turbo in excellent condition for $52K and see how he does. He will find a car that needs an immediate 12-15k worth of work - and then some new wheels and tires for another $8k+.

I would buy '94 turbos all day for $52k and flip them for $62k without any problems. You could get the odd one sold for $72k. Anderson needs to pull his head out of his ***. Doesn't he realize that Porsche owners read this mag?
