Default 94 3.6T on Pelican

Just saw this, I am not in the market, but this looks like it good be a good driver. I don't know the car, and it doesn't look like the same greenish colored one I looked at a while ago that was rough...

That appears to be a pretty good deal if it's as sound as stated. I would think this will sell pretty quickly at that price.

I agree, plus the owner knows about IA. I realize that doesn't really mean squat with reagards to the condition of the car, but it is a good sign. I wonder what the leakdowns are...

I love the color!!! But..... 80k should be close to a rebuild? So factor: Won't pass emmissions + rebuild looming + customization slush fund = $58k or more car

dholling13: 80K doesn't necessarily mean a rebuil. When I did my leakdown test at 75K miles my results were from 2.5% - 4%. I have seen others with smaller numbers and similiar miles. I think it all depends on how well the car has been maintained.

Why wouldn't pass emissions? It has the B&B headers and mufflers. I don't know if the cat is intact but I wouldn't see this a major issue that couldn't be rectified.

Default Following This One... Lamenting

This is killing me!
That's a great model; seemingly fair price; my fave color combo...just wrong time. . . arrrgh!
Kinda surprised it's 'still available' today...

I have the same exhaust set up and even with my cat installed instead of a B&B muffler my car wasn't even close to passing. Hey, it is a sweet deal. But if you only have 43k to spend, you might be without this car sooner than later...
