I have B&B header installed last week, and the car does feel different. I replaced the CAT with Fabspeed bypass, stock muffler, haven't dyno the power but I feel great and smooth ! Next would be the suspension setting, any suggestion would welcome .....

The easiest set up is bilstein HD's and H&R springs; www.shox.com is the cheapest. Specify turbo...
Back to the discussion. Dyno tuning is the best. I changed wastegate springs and went to .8 bar. With my mods I am getting 333 HP and 341 lb ft to the ground at .8 bar with 11.4 to 1 AFR's. I could get another 10% or more but................... I track my car and I don't want to lean her out. It's fast enough on the track, heck I can't even get into 5th gear

dyno
Two years ago we dynoed our stock 91 c2t and it came out 257.8 RWHP, don't remember the torque. We just finshed the dyno today after the following mods:
Home made cat bypass
Ultimate Motorwerks K27 mod to K27HF
stock muffler with Fab Speed Tips
Tial Wastegate with a .7 bar spring.
And the results were 302.5 RWHP and 312.1 torque. It also was very rich going somewhere below 10 AFR at 3000rpm and starting to come above 10 AFR at 5100rpm and finishing 11 AFR at 6000rpm.
We are very happy with the results and are considering leaning some and changing the Spring to 1.0 bar.
It brings a big grin directly related to the pressure on the gas pedel.

I just dynoed my car yesterday. I went with a .9 bar tial spring. You can see the mods below in my signature. The best run was 352 RWHP, and 350 lb ft. The AFR's were exactly 12-1. 1 Bar might do it for you since you don't have a free flow exhaust...

Sorry, didn't include the B & B exhaust with heat. We put the .7 bar spring in to be conservative but alas we are considering changing to a 1.0 bar, so we can get a bigger grin.
The engine is bone stock except for the external mods.
