3x Bypass = HP?

Hey Burman,
The triple....Well done!
How do you like the sounds?
I'd say 15+ for the cat, 5 for the G, and don't know about the wastegate but what a beautiful scream!!
The spring another 20....

376 at wheels is around 450 at crank/ flywheel. Oh my God!
To compare Burman's (3.3?) you'd minus the headers (40bhp?) and 3.6 v 3.3 (40bhp) to give around 370 which would sound about right.

A 3.3 + 1bar -cat + G pipe, would be ~365 flywheel HP. Headers make a lot more torque but that doesn't always translate to HP. When I added headers to the above I ended up with 375hp at the fly wheel. I saw the G pipe being only worth 5bhp with back to back testing. Although throttle responce was noticably better with out the final muffler. After that you could add cams but you are already close to what std CIS can handle.

"911addict : Do you think the performance of your car is much better now then when it was stock?
Is it like MUCH better?"
Yes. The cat bypass made all the difference. Much more low end torque and smoother, better response all the way. The 2nd bypass (g-pipe) doesn't make any difference in the power in my opinion, but it sounds MUCH meaner, and now I am happy, whereas before I always thought the 965 sounded lame compared to my old 3.2 Carrera.
PS: Unfortunately, I didn't get my car on the dyno today. The engineer said although they do normally aspirated 911's, they couldn't keep an aircooled turbo car cool enough...

Sorry Burman, missed your last post.
No I didn't do anything to the fuel mix. My understanding is the car can adjust itself to the exhaust mods. Its been checked since on a diagnostics computer. It runs perfectly.
Do you have your cat bypass yet?
