38D, i have ran MPSC and Corsas in 285s; now i'm running the 048s in 295 and it fits slightly slimmer than MPSC/Corsas that is why i think the 048 315s may work. On the Yoko spec site the 315's "section width" is only 0.7" wider than the 295s.....

I am considering installing 295/30/18 rear tires and it looks like a very tight fit with possible rubbing...my 285 S03's are 1 inch less wide as compared to my new 295's....why not use spacers or polish the control arm to shave off some metal ?
