I am One of You Now
20 years of saving and about 6 months of looking have resulted in my purchase of this 1991 964T (34,000 miles) last friday. Flew to Lansing Michigan to pick it up with the intention of taking Friday and Saturday to drive back to KC, but once on the road, my right foot wouldn't let me stop so did the 800 miles on Friday. Very nice high speed crusing in Iowa on I-80 if anyone is interested.
Am at work this morning and everyone keeps asking me "what's wrong?" I guess it is this crazy grin I have been wearing all weekend.

Jayhawk, that is a beauty. From Okemos right? Nice car and seemingly good prior ownership. I looked at that one too and remember it because I grew up in that area. Sounds like a great drive, did you park it so you can see it from your office?

you nailed it riverflyer. Okemos it was. bought it from owner #2, car has lived it's whole life in Okemos. Got copies of almost all maintenance records from the dealer, etc. As good and as unmolested car as I have seen. Can't see it from my office, but am making extra trips to the water cooler to check it out.

Congrats on your recent purchase,great color...I am a newbie owner too,bought my 1991 C2 Turbo about 2-1/2 years ago and believe it or not i still have the same big grin on my face the one i had the day i picked her up ........

If I had not a medical setback, then I would own it......I talked to the owner for weeks, got a lot of photos and we even agreed on a fair price....a clean straight Porsche...I love the color combination!
