Looks good. I guess I missed the thread. How did you paint them? Do the brake lights still show through?

Hi wilkins, I first wet sanded lenses with 600 grit sand paper. Then did 3 coats of this...http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/tes/tes1605.htm. Let dry for about 24 hours then did 6 coats of Krylon UV resistant clear coat. Let dry again for about 24 hours. But now i would recommend 48 hours because a couple of times my finger prints were imprinted in the clear coat which i had to sand out. Then i wet sanded with 2000 grit sandpaper till it was really smooth. Then i buffed with Zymol cleaner wax. Followed by buffed with mcquires wax.

Oh yea the lights are fine maybe not quite as bright but not a safety issue. The only thing is the turn signals and reverse lights have a pinkish hue. But no biggy to me.

Very nice but i still can't figure out what you did with the lights any way on a different note,i see you have an after market headers and a stock muffler with B&B tail pipes,is that correct ?
Thanks

Looks like a full B&B setup to me. The oval tips are welded onto the end of the B&B exhaust. Plus Porsche would never build a muffler that would hang down below the rear fascia. I am shocked he was able to get the B&B tips to line up as well as they do.

I just replaced my rear lenses with OE parts. Wholesale it ran me almost $900.00 plus Porsche only builds them as an assembly with wire harness and bulbs. So this is not a bad way to go.
