Welcome to the 964 turbo ownership experience ;-)
Just know that, just in case the thrill wears down a little over time, for a few USD, you can easily update the performance of your car by gaining a few horses....
A boost spring and a race cat or decat will not put you down by much but will make you feel like you had just bought a new car !!!

"i would buy a 3.6 turbo over a 3.3. i love the speedline wheels. in my opinion they are the best wheels ever made."
Paying $20k more for a set of rims? There are lots of reasons to spend the extra cash on a 3.6, but I wouldn't make the wheels my primary motivation.

Mine gave me a small irritation today...started hesitating when speeding up...turns out, after a trip to my mech that all emissions are good, plugs and so on, but the lambda sensor is tardy in responding..will be replaced.
the guy is drinking around 18 liters per 100 kms.... isn't that a little too much?
But the bliss of the thing....

If you are looking for more of a GT feel the 993TT is by far better if you want raw power and heart pounding excitement nothing beats the single turbo cars. I passed on the 993TT myself and would not trade my car for a 993TT even if it meant money in my pocket and a clean car in the trade.
Pull the front drive shaft from a 993TT so you get RWD and you'll see how "civilized" that car really is..

There all great cars but each has it's own feel. IMO for my driving needs the older single turbo cars were more exciting/challenging to drive. I have no need for PSM or other modern improvements. Even ABS takes away some of the real fun. If you are going to remove the front drive shaft than you are heading into the GT2 category and cars like Jeans are a totally different story.
