2. More accurate (springs are precision made and heat resistant so they actually produce the boost rate they are made to produce - as compared to stock Porsche springs which may vary by +/- .05 bar).
3. Zero overboost (holds the actual boost rate of installed spring(s) - see #2 above).
4. More spring choices (for 1.0 bar Tial requires the use of a .8 bar-large green and .2 bar spring-small yellow - I run this setup).
5. Agreed, it is a piece of art and there are 5 color choices.
Yes 46mm and make sure you get the narrow body version for the 1975-1994 911 Turbo and if running 1 bar get the highpressure model.
Check out this diagram for installation - it is a direct bolt on application.

The factory has worked perfectly for me, 60k miles on 1.2 bar, 387/423 to the wheels.
I have the Tial 46mm on my 928, works great, but pricy. 38mm is more than enough for our cars & stock CIS. Get a 44 if you're worried about boost creep, those are sized for 700+hp engines.

See how the housing has little "nubs" for the bolts. That's what a real Tial 46mm looks like. I would stay away from those ebay ones, as theres no telling what kind of quality they are. Worst case is a blown engine if the wastegate siezes shut and you overboost.

What about going to 50mm? Would that cause issue?
Thanks.
