C2 Turbo Body Racecar Project
My race car project is moving on steadily. I began by acid dipping the chassis, fully seam welding the chassis, installing air jack tubes and a cage, cut off the roor and installed a non-sunroof from a 1969, and installed turbo flares off of an 86 turbo. Chassis begain as a 93 C2.

Anything that was not needed was cutoff and removed, including the bumper supports. All of the body panels are either fiberglass or carbon fibre. I expect the car to weigh between 2000 and 2100lbs when completed.

The purpose of this car is to obviously have fun, but also to install a MoTeC ADL Dash and M800 ECU in it for display and support of my business. Powertrain will be 6spd and 3.8RSR engine although it will be wired so a turbo engine can be installed in the future.
