18x11 with 42 mm offset WILL NOT fit a C2 Turbo thats for sure and please don't ask me how i know. The widest you can go on the rear would be 18x10.5 with 58/60 mm offset and remember the final fitment will depend on the tire you choose

The offsets are correct, but the front maybe too wide if you have hard cornering and track use in mind. I have heard conflicting reports about 8.5" fronts and I presume that has something to do with tire selection.

I wouldn't give up yet - I was hoping someone like Colin or Jupe would chime in. I thought I remember one of them saying they were running 9" up frpnt. Do a search of this forum using "wheels" or "tires" as keywords

We both use a 8.5"/10" setup with 235/295s MPSCs. Offsets are 65 in the rear (can't remember the front, but I think it's 65 also). I know that you can fit a 245 up front, as Dan ran 245/285 when he owned the car. The main problem with 9s in the front would be having enough tire in the rear to balance things out.

That front offset is critical. If the offset is too low, a spacer won't help. PM Jupe and see if he remembers the front offset. 65mm seems too large, but I may be wrong.

Here's the specs on my BBS wheels
Front: 18 x 8.5 56mm
Rear: 18 x 10 65mm

Requires 1/2" spacers front & rear (mine are FVD)

for reference im running a
18x8.5 +50 Front 245.40.18 Toyo RA1
18x10.5 +40 Rear 275.35.18 toyo RA1

The rears would have rubbed but i massaged the inner fender lip and the fronts rub the plastic lining around hard corners... but that doesnt mother me. Ill be removing the fender lining soon, but no rush really.
