no its not sprayed into the manifold you need to spray it into the inlet pipe which on most cars is at least 50-7-cm in length the water is a very fine mist and mixes with the fast rushing air passing throught the inlet pipe problem with the 911 we have no such pipe as the exit pipe sits directly on the throttle body

Thanks for the great explanations, it certainly seems great. I will try to have a custom one built by my engine builder in the US and have it sent over here.

As soon as Monday.
Thanks

911 2,
Sorry, but would you have any pics of where the nozzle sits because I'm a little confused here.

i can get you pics of my cav turbo but the set up is different in a 911 turbo you could attach a nozzle to the air filter side if it is the cone type of air filter this way the water passes throught the turbo charger and intercooler thus giving cool air

911 2,
My air filter leads to the fuel distributor. In the CIS that is.

I meant that I will buy one and have it modified by my tuner to fit on my engine as a bolt-on, as I don't have experienced help over here.. My engine is not the typical 993TT engine, the intake and turbocharger system are completely different, which makes everything a bit more difficult. If you have any link to one of the guys you know in the UK, I will be happy to see it.
Thanks again.
