Default Selling my Baby!

Well, it's been fun (lots of fun!). Unfortunately, its time to let her go. We have been given the joy of two beautiful children (twins). They are almost 6 months old now. I have made every attempt to keep the Pcar but (for now) its time for something with 4 doors. This also means my M3 turbo is for sale too. The ads are going in the Autotrader next week.

Timing is everything and for now it's just not the right time. Who knows? maybe just maybe I can get another 3.6t sooner rather than later.

Cheers,
Rob
PM me if interested in either car.

Congrats on the twins. Children come first, no denying that. Although if you let the turbo go you may never see another again. You can't find a used Minivan somewhere cheap. Sorry I used the M word but even driving one of those would be worth keeping the turbo for the weekends if mommy lets you out of the house.

In either case best of luck and health. You will be missed here. Long live the Grid Girls

Rob,

For what its worth, I did the same thing (with a 1968 Targa) many years ago. Its the right move for now and given your passion for Porsche, you'll be back later. It may take 20 years, as it did in my case, but now I'm back with a vengence with two turbo's.

There are a lot of very exiting, yet practical cars available today (which wasn't the case for me back then). I'm sure you'll find something to raise the hair on your neck now and then - and as Arnold says, (paraphrased) "You'll be back".

Good luck with the twins. In about 2.5 years, you'll think they had turbos installed!
