That VIN is a good number for a 964 with Turbo S2 option sold to Copans/Champion Motors. I have a letter/fax from 7/2/93 from the previous owner of my S2. I also have the original window sticker and letter from PCNA with the Conversion Process and Parts Exchanged. I think this was the same 964 that was on E-Bay, and have no idea why someone would even want to change anything on the car. The S2 option was list at $10,065 and dealer invoice at $8650. Good luck. I thought that the turbo S was already doing 381 bhp. Should'nt the Andial S2 upgrade be more?

I think the S2 was of the earlier 3.2 Turbo 2 & not the 964 3.6 Turbo/Turbo S which were only made in 94 - the factory output was 320bhp.

Close, This my understanding of how it works for the US models only.
1991 964 3.3 turbo.........320 bhp
1992 964 3.3 turbo.........320 bhp
1992 964 3.3 turbo S2.....381 bhp (Andial conversion)
1994 964 3.6 turbo.........360 bhp
1994 964 3.6 turbo S .....385 bhp (Flachbau)

I thought there also was a 964 3.3 turbo S and that was doing 381bhp from the factory?? Is that the European version?

There was a lightweight 92 S sold in Europe. Never made it here. Don't hold me to it but I believe thats why the US version was called an S"2" vs just S.
