I found that the headers made the best improvement. The HF made a small change in lag but wasn't trully noticeable until I add the 1.0 bar spring. Although full boost is not achieved until 3200 rpm the addition of the 1.0 bar spring and proper tuning start the boost to build stronger & earlier making the car more comfortable.

Charlie, aren't you still using the stock exhaust minus the cats?

Anthony I get full boost in my K29 btwn 3200 to 3400 revs. It pulls strong all the way upto red line. Were you on the K29 before? If yes, how is the HF better?

Guys, how do you meassure at what RPM you get full boost ?
I was under the assumption that I had full boost at 3.300 - 3.400 until I installed a logging unit.
It turned out to be more like 3.700 - 3.800, see the chart here (in Swedish):
http://rejsa.nu/forum/viewtopic.php?...=asc&start=419
I got the data by just "driving around" (full throttle on different gears).

I run ROW headers, not cat and a stock turbo at 0.9 bar.
I am interested in a HF turbo but I am not convinced it will give me better laptimes.
Very interested to see if there are any solid real life data before/after on the difference between stock and HF turbo.

Staffan,
Just make sure your rev counter is accurate. Get your friend to sit next to you and floor it. Thats what I did at least. More or less I know what I got.
