Tim,

Did you change from the 18" Speedlines or was it the previous owner?

Correect me if I am wrong but the turbo S models had dual twin pipes as in the first red one above the secrond "S" ( rear shot ) appears tobe fake.

If I'm not wrong, yes they had the dual twin pipes. The flachbau does at least.

Normally I'd agree but Mark has it listed on his web site as a real "S".

Better in Black anyhow.

The tail pipes stock are twin tip but after market exhaust are all ovals. Lack of tips more often than not means "aftermarket exhaust" not "fake". My car has oval tips (the polished twin tips are safely stored away) and it's no fake!.

BTW if you like the twin tips you can buy them from Cargraphic. But then that would be fake ...hmmm?

Actually The tips shown on the red S are the standard 964 Turbo tips. Note the smaller dia pipe on the left. There is a baffle plate inside that restircts the flow

I have the Cargraphic tips which are a direct bolt on. Very pricey. It is possible the car was ordered with the factory tips or the owner did not like the S tips and replaced them with stock 964 T tips.
