Ive got one and its the best thing i could ever do, my previous car was stock and the one i got had an RS clutch and flywheel. no stalling issues or anything like that. revs so much better- no downside for me. dont know why porsche put the DMFW in there anyway....

Hi Ed,
Kind of weird isn't it? These cars are so rare that you think that yours is unique.... There's an Asian connection with the three cars. The Speed Yellow and mine are ex Singapore and the Midnight Blue is ex HK.
Cheers

Three Wheelin'
eyue,
I have to agree with Miles that i find it easy to drive although you do know when it engages at very low revs when the drive takes on.
The specialist who looks after it though thinks that it is heavy but having driven BMW automatics for quite a while i don't think it is too bad but a little heavier than a friend's 964 3.3 turbo which i drove recently.

Sameer,
I haven't managed to do anything with the video footage yet but the car does appear in others peoples videos on the web. It's sure to be in the TV footage when aired on satelite around August time given some of the driving styles used.
Here's another picture to keep you going and no it is not my wife.

Wait a minute Sameer! They let you into Boston! What were they thinking! You are obviously a corrupting influence. Didn't they check your signature on Rennlist? Anybody who has a Yellow Ruf BTR is obviously much too radical for the Boston crowd. I speak from experience, I grew up there and lived there for @ 45 years.
Kevin, That last picture is the best of the lot. IMHO!
