3.6 top end on a 3.3?

Will the cylinders and heads from a 3.6 turbo work a 3.3 turbo and is it worth the work?

The 3.6ltr NA or TT engine has a larger head stud spacing.. And the spigot or diameter is 100mm vs 98.. With that said it won't work...
