18 inch wheels and tyre pressures
Hi guys, I am a complete newbie to Porsches and in fact any high performance car. I have recently purchased a 1991 964 3.3 Turbo. It came with 18" techart wheels with Toyo 225/40 F and 265/35 R.
I love the car and I am having great fun trying to harness the awesome power.
My first concern is the 18 inch wheels as I now understand that these are not approved by Porsche (although they were fitted to the 3.6 model). Is this Ok? Do I have reason to worry?
Beacuse the 18" wheels are not listed in the user handbook, I would like some advice on tyre pressures for everyday road use. I realise that I may have to make adjustments as I learn to drive the car and as conditions change, but I need to have a starting point.

36/40 works best IMO. I am running 285's in the rear.

Thanks again
