Default Air/Fuel ratio or Exhaust Gas Temperature Gauge?

Hi,

In order to protect against the engine running lean under boost (for whatever reason), would it be better to install an A/F gauge (Wideband?) or an EGT gauge?

Thanx

I would get a good quality wideband AFR meter. EGTs are interesting data and can give you an indication of what the engine is doing, but it is very engine specific.
