yesterday I noticed that if this button below with the glass sign is on, then after turning on the ignition, the maximum airflow in the cabin is activated and the fan on the oil cooler in the bumper are immediately turned on. Is it normal ?

That's the maximum heat/maximum demist button. I would have thought it would indeed start up the fan for the A/C - the condensor and fan are in the front left wheel arch. The oil cooler and fan are in the front right wheel arch. It should be the fan in the left wheel arch that starts up.
