Default oem boost gauge

Guys, I noticed that my oem boost gauge is not working, showing all the time 0.2 bar boost.
Any ideas ?

Thanks

There's a sensor on the back of the intercooler. It's red and quite big compared to the overboost switch on it's left. You can easily replace it.

Hi,

I replaced the sensor, unfortunately the indicator still does not indicate the turbo boost. Before, the gauge showed 0.2 bar all the time, now it shows 0.0 bar all the time, so something has changed.
Does anyone have an idea where to look next?

Regards
K.

On A-58 in the wiring diagram there's a module called interface electronics, it's located behind the fuel gauge. It runs communication between the EZ69, charge air pressure sensor, control unit turbo charger, 965 VDO central informer and the Tach. Mine is in storage, But if you pull the Fuel gauge there are two relays. I think one relates to the gauge dimming. I'm not saying this is your problem. Intercooler ground connection and wiring should be checked.

I checked the wires and mass on the intercooler and everything looks ok.

Have your buddy come over with his C2 Turbo. Start swapping parts till it's fixed.

Your hooked up backwards.
The white wire goes to the overboost switch. The green/brown wire goes to the boost sensor.

Guys,
they connected it wrong in the Porsche classic service department in Brussels during last maintenance.
I switched cables and the indicator works fine.
Thanks you a lot !
