Wow, You fabricated that entire unit? Are you installing and then fabricating the 3 securing brackets? Also the Ground bracket.
The intercooler likes to sit rotated slightly.
My Andial intercooler about touches the A/C. The B&B is not close to it. But the Andial Intercooler can use the tin metal air deflector.

It's not completed yet. Brackets and air guide are the easiest part.
