Hey guys

I need a pic of the 965 fuse box, I just want make sure that the Relays are in it's correct place, My son was playing with the relays and pulling them out... Thx

You could double check them with the diagram that's glued to the cover.

Did you peel the "this is not a toy" sticker off the car? I did too, for they certainly are.

I blew 10 amp fuse in the fuse box near the drivers footwell this week. It was the middle row on the left end and was a 10 amp red fuse. I was told it isa Gateway Control fuse. When it happened the whole dash went black. When I stopped the engine would run but aftter I turned it off nothing would work. I could not start it. We had it taken to Autobahn Porsche in Ft Worth Texas. The technician replaced the fuse and it starts and runs fine. He drive it around the dealership and it did not blow again. We are getting serivice done, a new battery and a new Gateway fuse attached to the battery which did not blow etc. We are misitified as to what caused the fuse to go. Anyone to reply please do.

23 years ago I put a 964 fuse box lid in this 965. Not sure why.
But Since all the kids call the car a 964, the new mechanics of today kept rebuilding the relay board as 964 when water was leaking onto it.
No one new how to fix the fuse panel as a 965 since Porsche or the YouTube fake news calls that car a V8.
….. 23 years went by and I bought the car back non running with a 964 board in it.

Porsche now sells that 965 relay and fuse panel identification label.
I bought it this time.
