I am sad to say the time has come to let her go. I know I will regret it, just like I regret selling my RSA. My wife and I are building a new home and it just makes sense after 17 years to let the car move on to another caretaker. I just hope they take care of her like I did. Link below:

Top notch custodian of your car JR. Great ownership history, excellent video's (I never understood why other sellers do not narrate their video's. Well done there Sir). You're BaT auction should run perfectly.
I believe I saw your car at Werks reunion, and it is flawless. As you said, you will definitely regret it many years from now,.... but as I always say: Family First!!
I've only got a year+ longer ownership than you, so close to two decades will definitely help your sale too.
Best of luck, and be sure to stop back in here on this sub forum & keep in touch.

I would wait and build next year. I'm a builder in St Louis. Materials are up 300%. Lot's are double in Florida. Next year material costs savings will buy you this car back.

I agree 100% Scott. Luckily, my wife and I have been working on this for a while and are in a fixed, (meaning it's not an adjustable contract based on rising costs with the builder). We contracted with a custom builder quite a while ago after selling the house we lived in for over 11 years. We are building a similar house with double the garage space. I always said, build me a garage with an attached house!

What are you planning on filling that larger garage with ?
