3.6 T Factory manuals?
Hello,
I have a quick question regarding the factory repair manuals for a 94 3.6 turbo. Below is a link to the "manual" off perf-products web site for ~100 bucks. I am assuming I need the entire C2 set as well for a 100% complete reference? Does anyone have information or part #'s of the manuals that I need
http://www.performanceproducts.com/P...producttype=20
on a side note, has anyone tried a CD (EBAY has a few) that claim to be a complete set of manuals? They are pried at ~20 bucks?
Thanks for any help!
Jim

Jim,
you need all the 964 C2/C4 manuals (7 Volumes), the 3 Volumes for the 964 turbo 3,3 and the one for the turbo 3,6. Don't have their part numbers I'm afraid.
The ones on cd found on ebay although not legal, they only cover the c2/c4 models.
Best regards

Jim,
The turbo 3.6 manual number is WKD 483 020. I picked one up at Automotion back in November for $76.00. One just sold recently on Ebay for over $81.00.
The seven volume set 911 C2/C4 part number is WKD 482 520. I picked up a brand new never used set on Ebay. Several just sold on Ebay for between $210.00 and $350.00. I believe these Manuals are no longer being printed with no definite plans to print more.
There is a set on Ebay now with not much time left. It is not like the normal seven volume set it appears to be condensed into one folder. It's worth a look. It is at $8.00 now. Item number 2460450738. I have no affiliation.
I just received an interesting book. WKD 498 321. 1993 911 turbo 3.6 "Service Information Tehnik" I will post some info on the air pump thread that is not listed in the 3.6 turbo manual.

From what I can see on Pelican Parts there appears to be 3 supplemental Turbo 3.6 manuals (same part # as the Turbo 3.6 manual and then append "02", "03", and "04".) Anyone know what is in these?
Fwiw, the Pelican price is $85 for the Turbo 3.6 book. Do we really need the 3.3 Turbo book, too? I don't know if I built my garage that wide...

No you don't need the 3.3 manuals. The 3.6 manual is only a single volume maybe 60 pages. T

I don't know why that posted by itself but?
What I was saying is that the supplements cover various things from wiring diagrams to tranny and engine work. Along with removing the engine. Many other little bits of info too.

Correction,
The 3.3 manual covers the full tranny and some additional management issues not covered in the 3.6 manual. You can survive with the 3.6 manual alone for general work. For major overhaul you will want both.
