The system has to build pressure if it's been sitting.
If my car has been sitting for a few weeks (normal condition) the brake warning light comes on at key-on and goes out within 30 seconds. Sometimes it beeps and sometimes it doesn't.

If you bled the Teves reservoir first and then bled the calipers and clutch, you should be ok.

It sounds to me like you bled your brakes correctly.
Do you have a firm pedal, yes or no?
If you do, drive the car.
If you are worried, start out in you neighborhood and don't go over 25 mph. If your hand brake is working you are safe to do that.

I started my car, let the system pressurize (light and alarm went off) and pumped my brake pedal three times rapidly in succession (yeah, it wasn't 10 times, but whatever).
And dum-dee-dum, the light and alarm flashed, albeit briefly.
I then proceeded to drive my car for an hour without incident.
According to the EE Phd who lives under my roof and is a brake test engineer, the Bosch anti-lock module freaks out when anyone does that because it thinks the pressure pump is failing. Remember, the anti-lock system in our cars is 1st or 2nd generation and are a little primitive by today's standards.
So, I reiterate, there is nothing wrong with your car. Take it out and drive it like you stole it.
