Default can i just bleed the cclutch or do i need a full system bleed

I have just bled the system on my 964 turbo using nearly 3 litres of brake fluid, gears stills not engaging well so will change the pin in the pedal, decided to change the slave, master cylinder etc, if i change these do i need to bleed the whole system again ie brakes, clutch and accumulator or just the clutch
when i remove the clutch master cylinder from within the car whats the best way to avoid all the fluid leaking into the car, i can not empty all the brake fluid or else i will have to bleed the whole system again.

I've pressurized my system to just bleed my clutch after replacing a slave a while ago. Worked fine, so I don't see why not.
