Forgot to add - have the electrical connection diagram for the MR2. Shows were power, ground and speed sensors are linked. The MR2 is an interesting unit as it increases output based on demand- i.e. if you are on interstate little pump activity, if you are running an auto cross more pump activity (increase in output)

Does the signal wire on MR2 pump uses pulse signal like from 964 speedometer? Can you share the diagram?

Gus- That’s some great info and the first time I’ve seen a cooler installed. Do you think the pump could fit over the abs pump? I’d like to be able to keep the trunk area as clear as possible for luggage and track stuff.
