Palo Alto. North Hollywood is catching a bit of flack at the moment on the forums with delays. Both do good work, boils down to customer service and turn around time.

Have any of you heard of Seattle Speedometer? I've not worked with them and hadn't heard the company mentioned here. From the pics on their site, it looks like Buz does good work.
They're located in Ellensgurg, WA. Same place that brings us Irish Death from Iron Horse Brewery.

About a year ago I sent my OBD Tach for repair to Palo Alto and the turnaround was very fast - about a week. I was very happy with the service.

Thanks folks! Gonna call and see what turn around times they have. Looking mainly for quality.
