Fellow moderator on this board Jeff Curtis had a friend who made these spacers. Hopefully Jeff will see this thread and respond.

My friend makes them and sells them for $30 a pair + shipping.

Thanks everyone for your help. As I'm currently using the 964 as my daily driver I was in a hurry. Ended up ordering from Robert Boothe. The new wheels and spacers are installed, and all seems well.
