To each their own.

STAY!

Nice way to make your car unique.

Add some red embroidered PORSCHE floor mats with red stiched edging.

(Wish my Polar Silver RSA had Blue belts and pulls instead of BLACK.)

I agree - they need something else red in there with them.

I vote GO. 5-point harnesses can look ok in red but that just looks odd.

Keep them. I have red seat belts in 993tt. I think they make the car just a little more of your own, than looking like everyone else's.

I would add the floor mats that were discussed.

I would leave them they, look different and a cop can never say he didn't see you wearing your seat belt now if he pulls you over.

Red piping on the seats and floor mats I think would look great with these red seat belts.Try www.autostyle.co.uk for the mats and a retrimmers for the seats.

Keep 'em! Perhaps a red steering wheel too...!

Something I've considered doing is blue belts & carpets (black car with black interior). The seat re-trim is something I'd not thought of!

I got lucky and found them on ebay. They are about $ 800 a pop at stuttgartperformance.com. Install was easy and it provided me with an excellent opportunity to clean and WD40 the convertable top joints. Nice and smooth now.

New ides: At stuttgartperformance.com, they have a red shift boot and I could use a crabon fiber insert for the top of the ****. I am also looking for a nice momo like wheel with just a little red in it. I am thinking about doing the tray underneath the handbrake in carbob fibre and the center console switch plate in carbon fibre. This would also match my carbon fibre door sills. The carbon fibre peices ar also at www.stuttgartperformance.com.

Whatdaya think. Rice or nice.

I would love to have red pipping on the seats. That would be sweet. I ill see if I can find some matts with subtle red trim or red Porsche logo.

Probably we are a little more sober in the Netherlands, so I say G O!

My opinion is that it looks vulgar. Sorry.

If you had a race car interior and race seats, then I would think about to leave it this way, but now I would make it as it cam from Zuffenhausen.

Just one word of warning regarding coloured seat belts and doing other things to your seat belts like having them embroidered. They are safety items and they must be approved. They must have the correct approval label on them for a Porsche. If they do not carry a Porsche part number or are not approved for the Porsche by the company who manufactured them you may run into insurance and legal issues in the result of an accident.
Porsche did certify some coloured seat belts including red ones. Sparco and all other major manufacturers can provide this information if you require it. There is a rennlister who actually went through this process to have his specially coloured seat belts approved.
Ciao,
Adrian
