Default Sunroof removal and seals

I know there are loads of threads out there about this, but i can't seem to find one that gives clear instructions as to how to get the roof out...

Ive had the car since Jan '15 and its now time to get the little bits of rust(!) and the awful blistering under the paintwork sorted (previous, not so good respray)
Its coming on, but the guys can't seem to find an easy way to remove the roof, so that it can be sprayed and of course, get the new seals fitted (the rear one anyway, front seems to be easier to replace)

Anyone offer a step by step guide to getting it out? hope so :-)
heres some photos to say thanks :-)

Roll the roof back two inches. There are eight or so clips that hold the front of the headliner into the roof as it rolls back. Pop the front of the headliner off the roof carefully from the front. Slide the headliner back into the roof cavity.

Then unbolt the four brackets that hold the roof on and carefully pop the roof out the top.

I just did this yesterday. Was about to write it up in suspension madness...

Pm me if you need to ask questions . I'll give you my number and talk you through it

Its been a while, but thought I'd share my Friday smile - today I picked her up from the garage :-)
New sunroof seals look great and were 'ok' to put in. Apparently lol.
