Someone is going to get a nice car. Not sure why you are selling. I had my 74 IROC clone for 19 years. Sold it to get the 3.6T. I will always be happy with the 3.6T but I still regret selling that car. It was perfect in so many ways.
I like the newer GT3's never liked the Gen 1 I always found their handling to be quirky.

Last year I sold a 944 that I'd owned for 12 years. Immediately regretted it and realized how much sentimental value the car had to me. Bought it back 6 months later without a second thought when the new owner got shipped overseas for work.
It's tough.. if you're truly on the fence and still have an attachment to the car, I tend to think you'll regret letting it go. If your mind is 100% made up and you've truly fallen out of love, then there are many other great cars waiting to be owned.
Looks like you've invested lots of time and money in the car which makes the decision even harder. The chance of finding another with that attention to detail will be tough. These cars aren't getting any cheaper and are only becoming harder to come by.
