Default diff lock switch delete

I am considering removing the diff lock console switch and replacing it with a cubby. I never use the diff lock switch any way. My question is does anyone know if removing the diff lock switch cause the pdas to be disabled?

You can run without it, no issues. I am doing the same, but rewiring to use a rocker switch above.

So the traction control stays activated without the switch installed?

Think so, but you'd also loose the ability to disable it without a switch.

Yes all still active, no switch installed, just unplug from the round connector.

Awesome thanks guys. This gives me some ideas. I may wire a different type of switch in a different location.

The switch only functions to lock all diffs up to 40 MPH. AND if you hold it in the on position long enough, it temporarily disables PDAS
