I posted on this forum earlier about my heating problem.
I got a chance to check the heat flapper box today. I cleaned it with some caburator cleaner and spray it with WD40. I'm sure that it is swinging freely, but there's no heat coming into the cabin. The blower in the engine bay works. I turned the ignition on, turned the temp dial to red, and I could feel the blower running.
Some have suggested to take a look at the temp mixer servo. How do I get it out? Do I have to take out the gas tank?
I just replaced number 4 on mine. Motor was completely shot. Not hard to remove, just the screws and washers are in a tight space to get to. You can check if they move by removing the plug and using a 9v battery across 2 pins. I just cannot remember which pins. Someone I am sure will chime in with which pins to connect power.
