Thanks. I will get out tonight and correct it. Hopefully this will solve the knocking noise. Hopefully it's another case of a rookie mistake. Thanks again.

It looks like you had the tensioner in upside down. The pinhole points at the cap. I learned that myself the hard way just this summer. It produced a knocking noise related to idle speed. Freaked me out completely.

Though Steve W. always has good advice...

I hope so. I will fire her up tomorrow. Hopefully, the only sound I hear is from the tail pipe. Cross my fingers. Update tomorrow.

Hopefully the other side tensioner is correct. That one is nipple w/ pinhole toward the cap too.

The noise came from the right side of the car when I ran the engine last Friday. If anything else, I will check the left side too. I will also check the compression on each cylinder. Does anyone know what the pressure should be?

BROBLEM SOLVED. No more knocking noise.
She started right up, no knocking noise. I didn't get to run the engine long enough because it is still on the jack stands in the garage. There was a lot to f white smoke coming out of the tail pipe. Hope it goes away after letting it run for a while. Thanks for all your help and advices.

You might want to check your spark plugs after the smoke is reduced. They may be really coated.

Those are all new plugs. I installed new plugs, new rotors, and caps. Now here is a new problem. Any other suggestions besides the spark plugs? Thanks.

Great news that the knocking is gone. Hopefully the smoke will clear-up after taking it out for a good drive. I wouldn't worry about the plugs as long as its running normally with all cylinders firing.

I will check the compression before I put the tires on her. The car idles nice and smooth, but it was too smoky in the garage to keep it running too long. I hope to take her out for a spin sometime next week. I m still concern about the smoke.

An update on my project:
The smoke is gone now. I drained about two quarts out and added a quart back after the car warmed up. The idle is a bit rough. I cleaned the ICV. It is better. I took her out for a short 10 minutes ride. It's choking up at the take off. On the first gear, it choked and stalled. When I was on a straight away, i was able to push it. I ran strong through second, third, fourth, and fifth gears.
Any idea what can cause the problem?

Sounds like a fuel adaptation is in order...
