I have a set of sport seats from 81-84. They are very comfortable and weigh about 20 pounds each less then the sport seats in my 964. I was thinking of redoing the earlier seats to my liking and installing them in the 964 to save weight.
Has anyone installed earlier sport seats in their 964? I did a search and could not find anyone who had done that or any pics.

I haven't done it long term, but they are a direct fit as I had a set in my 964 while I was having my Pole Positions worked on. Personally I think the ones to have are the 74-80 style. Way more supportive than the 81-84 style, but much harder to find are bring 2-3x the price used. I wish I would have taken pics, but since they were the wrong color it didn't occur to me to do it.
