OK, guys Greg at On Site events has allocated 5 twin rooms for us at the moment and does have some further avalaility if we need more. We all need to pay him a deposit of £125 per person. I've taken 1 room, so 4 rooms left. The balance will likely be due in May 2016. He can accept payment by credit card etc.
Greg is not in the office until after the Belgian GP, but will hold the rooms for until then. I told him that the rooms were for the World 964 Owners so we need to tell him this when contacting him (or just mention me). He is responding to his email.
Probably the easiest thing to do now is for you all to contact him direct and arrange pay your inidividual deposits. I've arranged with him to stay for the Fri-Sunday nights, but if people want to also stay the Thursday night they'll need to tell Greg. Aftwards we can decide who wants to share rooms with who etc. It's a minimum stay of 3 nights at the hotel.
For the travel, on his site he gives prices which do include the crossing. This is something that you'll need to organize nearer the time I guess so that you can all get on the same eurotunnel etc - he did give me a price of £429 per person without this since I'll be driving up from Italy.

Cool! Can everyone let me know when they pay the deposit etc? This was we can try and keep track of what rooms are being taken? (Important for people sharing a room)
