Default FS: Left and Right 8" Subwoofer "Boxes"

Pulled these out of my 964 as I prefer to listen to the engine

Quotations around boxes because theyre not really a box, they just mount in the rear footwells. Sounded pretty good when I bought the car.

I'll have to grab them out of storage and check for you. The subs that were installed were 8"

If you still have these, how much would shipping be to California, 94538?

How was it mounted to the vehicle and is there anything that fills the gap on the sides when it sits in the footwell or does air from the subwoofer escape out the sides when it was working?

Thanks

Nothing "sealing" the air pocket behind the subs besides the snug fit inside the footwell.

I only listened to them a few times when I first bought the car but from what I recall it sounded quite good. I just prefer the flat 6 soundtrack

I have one of these installed in my 964, I cut a plastic bucket to cover the back and sealed it on with construction adhesive. One did the trick for me, its behind the drivers seat and I can definitely feel the music

Two would be awesome! This definitely helps the system sound its best (Blaupunkt BT410 with Rockford Fosgate amp and an old school sony for bass)

My car is in the shop right now getting PPF on it. once it gets back I'm going to first see if I can get this to fit:
Amazon Amazon

under the passenger seat. If that doesn't fit based on the stuff I have under there I'll probably go the route of adding this enclosure instead.

You can get the kenwood ksc amp to fit under the passenger seat if you re-arrange things slightly works great.

Kenwood KSC-SW11 - I have one in the rear footwell. Sounds great and nice and compact.
